1. Services Provided

We offer professional resume writing, cover letter creation, LinkedIn profile optimization, and other career-related document services. Our services include the creation of tailored resumes and related materials based on the information you provide. Our writers work with clients to produce documents that align with industry standards and effectively showcase their qualifications and experience.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting our Services. This includes details about your education, employment history, skills, and any other relevant information necessary for creating your resume or related documents. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the information provided.

3. Pricing and Payment

The pricing for our services will be clearly listed on our website or communicated to you via email before the start of any work. All fees are due upfront unless otherwise specified. We accept payment via [credit card, PayPal, or other methods].

By paying for our Services, you agree to pay the full amount specified for the chosen service package. Payments are non-refundable except in the case outlined in our refund policy.

4. Revisions

Our resume writing service includes one round of revisions. After receiving your completed resume or document, you are entitled to one round of revisions within 14 days of receipt. Revisions should be based on feedback for improving the document and must be communicated clearly. Revisions may include rewording, reorganizing, or adding missing information.

Any revisions or changes beyond this round, or requests that are significantly different from the original order, may be subject to additional fees.

5. Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality, tailored resumes and career documents that meet your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with our Services, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the initial draft.

We offer a partial refund if the final product does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, but only in cases where no revisions have been requested or performed. Refunds are not granted once revisions have been initiated or completed.

If you are unhappy with the final product after your one round of revisions, we encourage you to work with us to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction after revisions have been completed, as our goal is to collaboratively refine the document to meet your needs.

Consumer Guarantees: As a business operating in New South Wales, we are required to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you are a consumer under ACL, you have the right to a remedy, including a refund or replacement, if our Services fail to meet the guarantees set out in the ACL. 6. Delivery Timeline

Upon receipt of your completed order, the final product will be delivered to you within the timeline provided at the time of purchase. If the timeline cannot be met for any reason, we will notify you promptly and provide a revised delivery date.

Once payment is received in full, and the final version of the resume or document is delivered to you, you have full ownership of the documents. You may use them as you see fit for job applications and related purposes.

We retain the right to showcase examples of work on our website or for marketing purposes unless you explicitly request that we do not do so.

We are not responsible for any consequences that arise from the use of the documents created through our Services, including but not limited to loss of job opportunities, failure to secure interviews, or employer feedback.
